MediCation Tours Limited (“we”, “us”) is a New Zealand-registered medical tourism coordination company. These terms govern your use of our website and our services.

2. Services

We coordinate cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures performed by independent, board-certified surgeons in Thailand and Vietnam. We are not a medical provider; clinical decisions are made by your surgeon.

3. Quotes

All pricing information provided is indicative until confirmed by a written quote following your surgeon consultation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days.

4. Cancellation

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before scheduled travel, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (typically surgeon deposits and flight cancellation fees).
