What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect your name, contact details, and the medical information you choose to share. We collect the minimum required to coordinate your procedure.

How we use it

Your information is shared only with the surgeon and hospital performing your procedure, plus the accommodation and transfer providers you select. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can request access to or correction of your information at any time. Email hello@medicationtours.com.

Storage

Data is stored in New Zealand and Australia (for backup). International transfers to your surgeon’s hospital are encrypted and limited to clinical information required for your procedure.
